Founded in 2015, Create It Studio Architects is an architectural design practice focused on the property sector specialising in the residential, commercial and heritage sectors.
We provide the UK’s property developers and businesses with immersive, practical and creative architectural solutions that add value to the user experience and ensures ROI.
Our expertise in property development and architectural design helps clients throughout the planning and construction process, meet GDV goals and increase sales whilst providing a hassle-free professional service.

Saghir Hussain
OUR FOUNDER
Saghir is the founding director at Create it Studio Architects. Saghir graduated from Manchester University with a First-Class Honour degree and registered as an architect in 2009.
As a young architect, he worked in several established firms including Nightingale Associates, Aedas, Denton Corker Marshall Architects, AFL Architects and BDP before forming Create it Studio Architects.
His passion for design led him to initially set up a business model that established a multidiscipline design practice that accumulated architectural design, CGI, graphic design and photography to provide a complete design firm in 2015. Refinement over the years led the business to focus primarily on architectural services for the property sector.
His instinct for detail and design forms the core of the company's philosophy. The work produced under Saghir's direction is modern and environmentally conscious.

We ensure you get the best tender prices and endeavour to mitigate risk at the early stages. A formal contract is essential before commencing works.
CONSTRUCTION
We can help the smooth running of the project during construction by providing site inspections, advice and guidance to the construction team giving peace of mind.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We can monitor site progress, prepare a programme of works, assist with monthly valuations and issue the relevant certificates upon completion to ensure you meet your contractual responsibilities.
