Before I met Saghir from create it studio I gave the project to a different architect and he wasted my time and he gave me so many wrong advises and ideas!!!

I was behind with the project and I was in a big mess, and I already had 1 planning refusal.

Saghir took over the project and he worked so hard for the project like this is his own project he was so quick to reply to emails to council and he knows what council wants.

I’d have to say he is one of the best architects I have ever seen around Manchester are.
