Glodwick dental centre was developed from a full refurbishment of an existing vacant building in Oldham. Facilities include 5 new dental surgeries, a reception area allowing for 20 patients, an office, a conference room and a staff area with rear parking. We helped the dentist practice gain planning permission for the change of use, external changes, internal planning and detail design.
