A new apartment building at the corner of Queens Road and Appleford Drive, Cheetham Hill, for 13 self-contained apartments with dedicated parking and ancillary spaces.
This vacant brownfield site has suffered from issues like fly-tipping and damage to the stone boundary wall, which our design aims to address while enhancing the area's streetscape.
In consideration of the adjacent Grade II Listed Bus Depot and Transport Museum, we have ensured that our proposal is sensitive to the heritage value of the neighbourhood, creating a high-quality living environment that respects the historical context while providing ample amenity space for future residents.
